It is important to note that in almost all cases, it will be a case of ‘business as usual’ for members,  however we understand you will want to understand what these changes mean for you.</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="a45be9f6-6a19-4c3c-8464-e45e1ecdf584"><h4>Membership Continuity</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="1db8eb54-c583-41b2-971a-fbdcecc45aa7"><p>Your membership and its benefits will remain the same. You can continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to all our facilities and services. All membership data has been securely transferred.</p><p>We are excited to confirm that new equipment will be available on site from Wednesday 1st July. This includes updated strength equipment and new cardio pieces. We understand that you may not be familiar with the newer gym equipment. We will have additional team members available to assist you with any of your queries and to show you how to use these new pieces.</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="36c9eff3-0c16-4f9d-812b-6e2f60b0238f"><h4>Timetable Update</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="3fe8940c-d32d-470c-8977-a9cda7250a84"><p>The majority of the Group fitness class times will remain the same however, names of classes will be changed from YMCA owned programs to BlueFit owned programs. To view our updated timetable, please <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.fleurieuaquatic.com.au/timetable"><strong><u>click here.</u></strong></a></p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="6e34f2c5-4c6f-468f-8073-b27caba9635b"><h4>New App for Members</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="c61b8eb6-280f-478c-bfa2-d0dd2929c117"><p>As part of the transition, a new app will become available for customers. The YMCA app will no longer work for Fleurieu Aquatic Centre customers. To book your group fitness classes from 1st July onwards, download the BlueFit Health Club app. This app will be essential for managing your class bookings and will allow members to book classes a week in advance. <br /><br />The BlueFit Health Club app will use the same MyWellness account you previously used to access the YMCA app. After downloading the new app, simply use your previous email and password you used with the YMCA or you can reset your password. <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bluefithealthclub.com.au/app"><u>Click here to find out more. </u></a></p><p><strong>Please note you will not be able to access the app until 1st July</strong>.</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="d6fe2a93-9552-47e4-8027-20646e45369d"><h4>Gym Program &amp; Progress Retained</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="5a86e1d1-3e02-484e-99cf-85a6ddcacb3d"><p>Your current training program and progress data within Mywellness will be transferred to the BlueFit Health Club app. After 1st July this data will no longer be accessible in your YMCA app but will have a new home in the BlueFit Health Club app. This means you can continue to access your gym program through the transition and beyond.</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="47787e2a-a914-4616-b35c-4d40b9eee5b6"><h4>First Partial Direct Debit</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="f527a25a-b8b7-45ac-9670-1647638244e0"><p>The first direct debit under the new management will be processed Wednesday, 1st July as a partial debit up until Thursday 9th July.</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="5bae9d66-cbe8-4291-9e00-81673f196db0"><h4>Annual Fee Increase</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="8625e0b0-23a2-495d-a68d-450a3255c3a1"><p>Your annual fee increase will come into effect from the first full debit on Friday 10th July, and continue fortnightly on Fridays. To view your updated membership fees, please <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.fleurieuaquatic.com.au/fees"><strong><u>click here.</u></strong></a></p><p>To view our debit calendar <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.bluefit.com.au/debit-calendar"><strong>click here. </strong></a></p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="ca67fecc-869f-4d12-9dcc-29dd7899a5a7"><h4>Facility Operations</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="5562d25b-ad5b-4d82-966b-652c76e55bbf"><p>There will be minimal change to the existing staff, so you will continue to see the familiar faces you know and trust.  Opening hours of the facility will also stay unchanged.</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="df4c22b2-585c-47c7-bda1-c46a3613f980"><h4>Check-In Process</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="3cb733cc-809a-4a8e-b73a-00e33299a8bd"><p>There will be a slight update to the check-in process for members. All customers will be required to scan in at reception before coming to the gym. The check QR codes will not be available from 1st July. <br /><br />Over time BlueFit may implement enhancements to the current offering, and this would be communicated directly with members and users.<br /><br />We look forward to seeing all members next week and building a great connection with the community!<br /><br /><strong>The BlueFit Team</strong></p></div>
