We’ve been busy rearranging, lifting, and levelling up your workout space!</p><p>We are excited to announce that <strong>the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre gym has received an upgrade with more strength and cardio pieces to give you a more complete workout! </strong></p><p>Here is a quick look at what’s waiting for you:</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="2200ddeb-da26-499d-b346-b61142c0e24f"><h4>More Cardio</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="3c250676-7af6-45a0-afc3-7648045a5b0f"><p>We’ve added to your cardio offering with 12 cardio machines including 4 treadmills, 2 cross trainers, 2 upright bikes, 2 recumbent bikes and 2 powermills.</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="c52d58d9-dbd1-4a63-976d-d3f9fc50db70"><h4>Enhanced Strength Zones</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="b3dc796c-c745-48ac-ae74-9ae66b234516"><p>We’ve swapped out some of our older, tired weight machines for 16 sturdier, smoother, and more biomechanically sound gear. </p><p>These upgraded machines offer better functionality, smoother movements, and more reliable settings than our previous lineup, making your workouts safer, more effective, and a lot more fun.</p></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="ea577b3d-ba8a-442c-9145-01f1e3dbde9d"><h4>Come Try It Out!</h4></div> <div class="block-wrapper" data-block-id="8181c2f1-e6d0-43cf-93e0-c840930f8877"><p>The floor is fully set up and ready for action.
